Matt Riggs is the founder and principal of Ridgeline Commercial Partners. A U.S. Army veteran with over 23 years of service, including two combat deployments to Afghanistan, Matt brings the discipline, analytical rigor, and mission-focus of military leadership to every real estate engagement.

After completing active duty, Matt joined Accenture, where he led corporate consulting engagements focused on deal execution, RFP management, and human capital strategy. He then earned his MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, simultaneously launching and operating a retail franchise business in Minnesota, an experience that gave him firsthand insight into commercial leasing from the tenant's perspective. After successfully operating and selling the business, he transitioned to commercial real estate full time.

Matt holds an active commercial real estate license and brings current market intelligence, comp analysis, and transaction experience to every client engagement, whether representing an investor acquiring a medical office building, a retailer searching for the right space, or a federal agency evaluating sites for a government facility.

He continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Military Academy Liaison Officer for West Point, holding the rank of Major. Matt lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota with his wife Randi and their two daughters.
